Refund policy

ONYX maintains strict quality standards for every release.

Due to the nature of ingestible performance products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation so we may review and resolve the matter promptly.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain sealed and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
